Job Title: Creative Project Manager
Reports To: Performance Marketing Manager
Job Purpose The Food Allergy Institute is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join its marketing team. This role blends creative leadership with strong project execution. You’ll manage the daily progress of campaigns spanning digital marketing, social media, influencer activations, billboard media, webinars, and website updates. You’ll use tools like Asana to ensure timelines are met, ideas are sharpened, and deliverables reflect the high standards of our mission‑driven brand.
Duties and Responsibilities
Own and manage all timelines in Asana for active creative projects across digital, influencer, and physical media
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing manager, webinar coordinator, social media/graphic design team, and executive leadership
Translate rough ideas into structured campaign briefs with clear roles, deliverables, and deadlines
Coordinate feedback loops between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and creative contributors
Help lead creative reviews — from concept to final production — ensuring alignment with brand, voice, and goals
Monitor production schedules to prevent roadblocks and adjust workflows dynamically
Assist in resourcing and capacity planning across the team
Support execution of new business development creative projects (e.g., celebrity campaigns, regional expansion launches)
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure high-quality, on‑time deliverables
Identify and integrate AI tools or automation solutions that enhance creative output, streamline processes, and improve overall team efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in project management within marketing or creative agencies (healthcare, mission‑driven brands)
Deep understanding of digital/social media formats and timelines
Strong creative judgment and ability to guide branding, visuals, and storytelling
High proficiency in Asana (or similar PM tools like Monday, Trello, or Wrike)
Familiarity and enthusiasm for using AI tools to expedite creative and operational processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll bridge creative and operational minds
Experience
Background in healthcare, patient‑centered communication, or experience with emotionally driven campaigns
Familiarity with influencer relations, video testimonial workflow, or media buying timelines
Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk between multiple office locations that include the use of stairs (elevator is only available in some instances). This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
