Our Product Design team seeks an experienced teammate to help create outstanding products for Scribe’s 5 million+ users. You’ll partner with PM and Engineering to plan, design, build, and ship 0‑to‑1 Enterprise experiences while scaling Scribe’s impact. Responsibilities
Design complex, differentiated features for our Enterprise customer base (including 94% of the Fortune 500). Partner with PMs to understand strategy and OKRs, positively influencing the roadmap for maximum business impact. Lead design and user‑experience work for significant product parts, contributing from prioritization through launch and spearheading 0‑1 initiatives. Speak for the customer by interviewing users to understand their needs and goals, translating insights into design solutions. Leverage data insights to inform decisions and trade‑offs. Collaborate closely with engineers to turn designs into live products and iterate together to address technical constraints. Mentor and collaborate with design peers, providing feedback that raises the bar on everything we build. Contribute to and maintain our design system, Stylus, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the product. Qualifications
8+ years of experience designing SaaS products for Enterprise customers (start‑up experience preferred). Curious about users, loves digging deep into user pain points, and obsessively creates innovative solutions. Thrive in autonomous environments, shaping products without always needing a PRD. Mentored and supported designers at various levels, offering coaching that fuels growth. Proactively defines processes, patterns, and principles that elevate team output and maintain quality, consistency, and velocity. Deep understanding of product and engineering disciplines, building credibility with cross‑functional partners. Detail‑oriented, delivers best‑in‑class user experiences, and avoids dismissing opportunities as out of scope prematurely. Balances outcomes over output, uses an appropriate design framework or quick sketch to unblock teams. Thoughtful, delivering incremental big ideas while keeping velocity high. Strong design voice, discerning great from good products, and acts as a stakeholder “taste test.” Interview Process
