Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is inviting applications for a Senior Director to lead marketing strategy and execution for our North America Market Response (NAMR) segment. The successful candidate will manage high‑impact initiatives, oversee a regional events team, and collaborate closely with senior BCG leaders to amplify brand positioning and drive commercial outcomes.

Set and steer the NAMR marketing strategy, aligning with business‑critical audiences and global campaign goals. Translate firm and practice area priorities into integrated programs that elevate BCG in the market, generate senior‑client engagement, and support commercial outcomes. Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution—including objectives, audience, narrative, channel mix, budget, and measurement—to ensure clarity of purpose and speed to impact. Drive the NAMR Events team to design and deliver C‑suite+ experiences that deepen priority relationships, amplify thought leadership, and create durable follow‑through with account teams. Adopt a test‑and‑learn, data‑driven approach—establish KPIs, instrument tracking, and optimize in flight to improve reach, engagement, and pipeline influence. Advise and influence senior stakeholders (MDPs, practice leaders, regional leaders) on positioning and go‑to‑market strategy. Prioritize and allocate investments toward initiatives with the greatest potential for client impact, brand visibility, and commercial return. Lead and develop a high‑performing team, set clear outcomes, foster collaboration with PAs and local offices, and build capabilities for next‑generation marketing. What You’ll Bring
15+ years of progressive marketing and strategy leadership, ideally in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments. Proven track record of building and executing data‑driven marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Deep expertise in integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and content strategy. Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at the C‑suite level. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives. Demonstrated success managing large, complex teams and budgets, fostering collaboration across functions and geographies. Passion for experimentation in marketing approaches and adaptability to a rapidly evolving landscape. Who You’ll Work With
This role reports to the North America Executive Director for Marketing. Additional Information
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 to 5 days per week in the office. Travel: Up to 25% based on client and business needs. Compensation
Base Salary: $195,000 – $215,000 Total Compensation: Includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, firm performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market‑leading benefits package. Benefits
