The Role You’ll be the
force multiplier
behind our growth engine—connecting tools, cleaning data, and turning campaigns into clear, compounding results. Expect real ownership, fast feedback loops, and senior mentorship. If you love solving ambiguous problems, documenting what you build, and shipping improvements weekly, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
Build, launch, and optimize
email campaigns & automated workflows
in HubSpot
Stand up and iterate
landing pages
(WordPress/Elementor or similar)
Create
Zapier
automations and light integrations to remove manual work
Own
tracking & reporting
(UTMs, dashboards, weekly insights, “what’s working/what’s next”)
Partner with Marketing on
audience strategy
and with Ops on
process reliability
Document your systems so the team scales with you
What We're Looking For
2+ years
in marketing/ops with real hands‑on tool use
Working knowledge of
HubSpot ,
Zapier , and at least one of
Salesforce/WordPress/GA4
Proactive communication : you ask for what you need, surface risks early, and close the loop
Systems mindset : you notice edge cases, name them, and build guardrails
Curiosity + speed : you learn new tools fast and enjoy debugging
Ownership : you follow through—even when tasks cross team lines
AI‑ready : you’re excited to use AI to accelerate research, QA, content ops, and reporting
Strong attention to detail
Some experience creating and modifying graphics
Bonus Points

Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, or paid ad platforms
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email or landing page tweaks
