Implement and scale AI‑powered outreach systems with precision compliance and continuous optimization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute technology strategy.
Lead innovation initiatives to evaluate and integrate emerging automation technologies.
Ensure enterprise‑level security, reliability, and compliance across all systems.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in software development, data systems, or automation architecture within high‑performance or data‑intensive environments.
Deep expertise in API development, data engineering, and full‑stack technologies (Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.).
Proven success in designing and implementing complex marketing automation systems (Twilio, HubSpot, Zapier, or custom‑built frameworks).
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications for marketing and client engagement.
Strategic thinker with a track record of building from concept to scale, leading cross‑functional teams, and delivering results.
Compensation Base Salary: $250,000 per year
