Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Marketing Content Specialist. Based in Lake Forest, CA, the role allows some flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Content Specialist will be responsible for developing, writing, and editing engaging marketing content across various platforms. This includes creating targeted campaigns, overseeing brand messaging, managing digital content, and collaborating with internal teams to produce visually compelling and high‑quality materials. The role involves market research, content optimization, and maintaining consistency in the company’s tone and visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Material Management: Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints, including apparel, client gifts, and internal materials.
Content Support: Write and edit short‑form blog posts, website copy, and other digital content aligned with brand voice and SEO goals.
SEO, AEO & Website: Monitor SEO & AEO performance, implement updates, and optimize content for visibility and traffic growth.
Design & Creative: Create on‑brand designs in Canva for print collateral, digital downloads, and sales presentations.
CRM Management: Maintain a clean and organized HubSpot database to support marketing and sales workflows.
Lead Research: Research and compile prospect lists to support sales team outreach efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2–3 years of marketing experience in a multi‑functional role.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
Proficiency with Canva for design projects.
Strong understanding of branding principles and consistent application.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Strong creative eye and design sensibility.
Preferred Skills
Experience with analytics tools (HubSpot reporting, Google Analytics, etc.).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar advanced design tools.
Background in B2B or event marketing.
