Overview
Provide analytical insights by applying basic knowledge of SQL querying and data analysis to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, and support organizational impact. Conduct routine work assignments of limited scope and complexity under close supervision, including tasks that support marketing initiatives and campaign analysis. Entry level professional with developing skill sets and a basic understanding of procedures and validation techniques.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and evaluate rule-based insight models
Analyze and interpret data results with limited complexity
Familiarity developing and coding routine software programs, algorithms, and automated processes
Use modeling and trend analysis to analyze patterns
Support and participate in team projects and initiatives
Utilize effective written and verbal communication to document and present findings
Apply task and time management skills with Asana
Leverage SQL to perform adhoc and routine data queries for business and marketing analysis
Support marketing teams by analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and compiling findings to brief stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and evaluate data-driven strategies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in exploratory data analysis
Statistics
Proficiency in basic SQL querying and analysis
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Pega, SQL Server, and/or Azure products
Model lifecycle execution
Technical writing
Data storytelling and technical presentation skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business or degrees in similar quantitative fields
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
