Business Development Manager – Media & Entertainment

Keywords is currently seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager specialized in selling Audio Development Services
to join our Global Business Development team based in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on selling audio services to media & entertainment and video games clients and will be a key contributor to the Audio division’s strategic growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients for the Media & Entertainment division.
Develop and execute sales strategies for prospective accounts, collaborating with the M&E team.
Qualify leads and manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
Provide customer support and manage client expectations in partnership with the M&E team.
Attend relevant trade conferences and support on‑stand presence during company exhibitions.
Follow the company’s sales methodology and produce all required reports.
Requirements
Proven experience generating new business and exceeding sales targets for audio services.
Networking and relationship‑building skills, with experience dealing with large multinational clients.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a central function supporting multiple audio studios.
5+ years’ experience selling audio services in media & entertainment or the video games industry.
Degree or Master’s in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of audio services market trends, competitor activities, and customer direction.
High attention to detail, ability to deliver under pressure, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required and ability to work remotely.
Comfort with senior executive level client contact.
