Job Summary The Retail Marketing Lead will drive strategy, execution and measurement of key North American product and campaign marketing initiatives through engagement and conversion within the Harley‑Davidson Dealer Network.
Job Responsibilities
Leads the development of impactful and integrated dealer marketing plans to achieve desired performance for motorcycles, general merchandise, parts and accessories and service.
Acts as a conduit between the company and the Dealers.
Serves as a subject matter expert to Dealers on marketing plans in alignment with the in‑market marketing strategies.
Leads activation of dealership marketing programs, events, tools and planning.
Develops creatives and assets to support dealer level marketing needs.
Works in close collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver on retail goals and initiatives.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and marketing subject matter experts on program requirements, policies and procedures.
Tracks, measures and reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts executed.
Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Experience Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and delivering business objectives.
Experience translating brand‑level campaign initiatives into retail programs.
Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use sound judgement and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
Preferred
Experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or related wholesale or franchise model industries.
Direct Reports: No. Travel Required: 0 – 10%. Pay Range: $98,500 – 147,700. Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible. Relocation: Domestic relocation assistance available.
