Our goal is to become the #1 accessory brand and the go-to gift purchase. We create memorable guest experiences, with a North Star of delighting friends and family. Stoney Clover Lane is available online, at select retailers, and in seven storefront locations.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and manage marketing calendars, ensuring all campaigns and launches are accurately tracked and aligned across teams.
Develop holistic creative briefs in partnership with channel leaders (Social Media, Email, Paid Media, Influencer Gifting, Ecomm, Stores) to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
Coordinate marketing plans with internal stakeholders and help gather resources, results, and reporting.
Manage and update budget trackers, assist with invoice processing.
Assist on-site with events as needed; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
Support other miscellaneous tasks related to marketing deliverables and day‑to‑day team needs.
Support the Senior Director of Marketing to advance strategic initiatives, providing reliable follow‑through to keep projects moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand communications, or a corporate retail function.
Strong organization and project management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, launch‑driven environment with multiple shifting priorities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
Understanding of brand storytelling and tailoring messages to different channels and audience segments.
Passion for retail trends and excitement to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office and 1 day work from home.
Salary: $95,000–$100,000 depending on experience.
