Purpose of Job The Marketing Project Specialist is responsible for overseeing all incoming marketing projects from various internal and external sources, including corporate departments, executives, sales offices, and agents. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Marketing Department and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, efficient project execution, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Project Management (70-80%)
Manage intake and prioritize marketing project requests from diverse sources.
Document client needs, define project goals, and establish clear deliverables.
Provide strategic direction and necessary materials to the Marketing team.
Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
Analyze project performance and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
Utilize project management software to manage timelines, resource allocation, and task tracking.
Client Services (20-30%)
Advise stakeholders, including internal departments and business affiliates—on marketing strategies, materials, and communications.
Oversee the production and quality of marketing deliverables.
Facilitate implementation of corporate and agent-level advertising initiatives.
Track and submit advertising efforts and serve as a liaison to affiliates.
Support miscellaneous marketing operations, including finance-related tasks and cross-functional coordination.
Support various marketing initiatives and perform additional related tasks as needed to contribute to team objectives.
Performance Expectations
Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent knowledge or experience
Experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing project management or client services.
Print and online marketing background with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and project lifecycle management.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience in a corporate or agency marketing environment preferred.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
