Senior Product Manager, Retail Media Products
Base pay range: $109,650.00/yr - $194,361.00/yr
The Senior Product Manager, Retail Media Products, will be responsible for defining and building the product strategy for our growing advertising portfolio, leveraging data, research, and stakeholder input to deliver products that inspire customers while fueling the growth of our advertising business.
As a member of the Best Buy Advertising team, you will be integral to defining the future state and positioning Best Buy for growth in the digital media and advertising industry. While building the future state product and marketplace strategy, you will uncover growth opportunities and build for the future.
This role is hybrid, working some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another location. Work arrangements vary by role and team; details will be provided during the hiring process.
What You’ll Do
Own and lead the product roadmap for Best Buy Ads, driving innovation and differentiation in the retail media space
Use market, consumer, and client insights to shape product strategy
Collaborate across internal teams—business, tech, and marketing—to deliver standout advertising solutions
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate development efforts
Identify new monetization opportunities and guide the team on emerging capabilities
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to fuel program success
Basic Skills
5+ years in product management, marketing, retail media, or advertising
3+ years of leadership experience (direct or indirect)
2+ years working with ad server tech and media supply platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail media
Strong cross‑functional influence and stakeholder engagement
Excellent time‑management and deadline‑driven mindset
Clear, confident communication skills
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical thinking
Understanding of media buying and selling from concept to analysis
