$40 - $75 / hour DOE Demand Writer Responsibilities
Draft, revise, and proofread demand letters for employment-related cases, including wage & hour and class action matters Ensure all correspondence is accurate and reflects the relevant case facts and documentation Use AI tools and legal research software to identify key documents impacting cases Manage multiple assignments daily while balancing quality and efficiency Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to gather necessary case information Maintain organized records and files using cloud and document management systems Assist with drafting complaints or other legal documents as needed Stay current on California employment law and best practices for demand letter drafting Demand Writer Requirements
