Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, including onboarding new clients, managing existing client relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise. Track and analyze affiliate performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide support to clients, answering questions, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting problems. Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, developing creative and effective strategies to promote the products and services of Group 8A clients. Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, testing different strategies and tactics to improve results. Report on affiliate marketing results, providing insights into the performance of campaigns and the overall affiliate marketing program. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role. Experience front-facing with clients in a lead role. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and practices. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools. Proficiency in affiliate networks (i.e. Awin, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam, etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Benefits
