University of Louisville Health Frazier Rehab Hospital‑Brownsboro is a state‑of‑the‑art 40‑bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize the health, function and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Summary The Director of Business Development is responsible for the planning and execution of strategic marketing, admissions growth and referral development efforts for the facility. This leader directs the Clinical Liaison and Admissions teams and develops data‑driven business plans to increase patient census and expand market presence.
Qualifications and Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or Clinical discipline required; MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum five years of healthcare management experience preferred.
Certifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
