Theyre expanding quickly and looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Community Manager to launch and lead their North Tarrant location in Keller.

What Youll Do
  • Drive Sales Growth: Lease private office suites by generating leads, giving tours, and closing deals to achieve full occupancy.
  • Build Relationships: Get to know members and local business owners, creating a warm, connected environment where people love to work.
  • Network in the Community: Attend local events, partner with business groups, and promote the space through outreach and social media.
  • Create Buzz: Plan and host engaging events that bring members together and keep the space vibrant.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure members have an exceptional experience from move-in to renewal, managing operations with care and professionalism.
  • Own the Numbers: Track tours, conversions, and renewals in HubSpot and stay on top of billing, reporting, and occupancy goals.

  • You consistently meet or exceed your sales and occupancy goalsand have fun doing it.
What Were Looking For
  • Sales or people-focused experience: 2+ years in sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or teachinganywhere youve built relationships, communicated clearly, and driven results.
  • Natural connector: You genuinely enjoy meeting people, understanding their needs, and creating solutions that work.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented: You love a challenge and thrive when theres a target to hit.
  • Excellent communicator: Confident, warm, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing.
  • Organized multitasker: Comfortable juggling tours, events, and member requests with ease.
  • Tech-comfortable: Familiar with HubSpot or eager to learn.
