Join our expanding Marketing team in North Carolina. The Marketing Coordinator supports a broad range of marketing initiatives for a mid‑size global Contract Research Organization (CRO). Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing, the role assists in the coordination and delivery of marketing programs—including events and conferences, digital campaigns, content development, and brand initiatives—across North America, Asia Pacific, the UK, and Europe. The position works closely with the Australia‑based global marketing team and the US Business Development team. This role is ideal for an early‑career marketer (2–3 years of experience) who enjoys a variety of marketing activities and wants to gain experience across multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will be organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events/conferences across global markets. Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing projects and activities. Coordinate with global marketing and US Business Development teams for general marketing support. Prepare regular marketing reports, updates, and maintain asset spreadsheets and activity summaries. Support internal communication, awards applications, design, brand and copywriting as needed. Assist with campaigns, email blasts and other lead generation activities. Support scientific and regulatory experts with booth/conference administration, bookings, and logistics. Coordinate trade show and conference logistics, including registrations, promotional materials, booth coordination, and post‑event follow‑up. Develop and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Produce content for social media, website, and email campaigns per the marketing calendar. Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, and promotional material inventories. Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers on marketing, PR, and creative projects. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or event coordination role (life sciences experience a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Basic understanding of CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Pardot, HubSpot). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Experience coordinating with marketing or PR agencies and event vendors. Knowledge of the clinical research, biotech, or healthcare industries. Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and reporting. Basic design or copywriting experience. Attributes Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Positive, can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn.
