Summary The Associate Director, Foundation develops compelling content, campaigns, and messaging to engage donors, prospects, and the broader community. The position supports philanthropic initiatives through visually compelling design and multimedia storytelling. The Associate Director develops print and digital materials, manages creative projects, and produces engaging graphics and videos that bring campaigns and donor stories to life. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is required, along with experience in video editing and project management. The Associate Director collaborates with Foundation staff to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials that inspire donors, engage the community, and strengthen philanthropic impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of three (3) years in event planning, fundraising, communications or related experience, with 1 year of professional experience
Must have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft products
Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, confidentiality and public speaking skills
Must have own transportation (to travel to events)
Preferred Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
Salary Range Minimum $30.19/hour - Maximum $48.30/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
