We’re hiring a Senior Digital Strategist to own our focused portfolio of Central Coast and California-based accounts and be directly responsible for their performance. You’ll lead strategy and execution across Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization, collaborating closely with clients, creative, sales, and web development to drive measurable growth. This role blends hands‑on campaign management with client communication, data‑driven storytelling, and rigorous project management with an emphasis on analytics and reporting. You’ll thrive here if you’re a T‑shaped marketer: deep expertise in paid acquisition with a strong working knowledge of organic and lead generation channels, and a track record of improving ROI, lowering CAC/CPA, and scaling revenue or qualified pipeline. What You’ll Do Own the success of multiple accounts across Paid and Organic channels, hitting targets for retention, ROI/ROAS, and growth. Lead planning, strategy, and execution for Paid Search and Paid Social (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, MNTN Ads & TikTok nice‑to‑have). Set up and manage PPC accounts end-to-end: budgets, audience/keyword strategy, ad creative testing, offers, funnel mapping, and reporting. Drive CRO: help develop and test landing pages, messaging, and user journeys; partner with design/dev on rapid experimentation. Advance SEO fundamentals: technical audits, on-page optimizations, content briefs, and measurement to support demand capture. Execute world‑class lead generation campaigns on behalf of clients using LinkedIn automation. Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into action: build weekly/monthly KPI reports and present clear narratives and next steps. Proactively research and implement channel updates, betas, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve. Build systems, playbooks, and case studies to improve efficiency and support sales/new business when needed. Communicate frequently and transparently. Escalate risks early, celebrate wins, and ensure there are no surprises. What You’ll Bring 5+ years in agency‑side marketing and 5+ years in performance marketing Proven results in E‑commerce and/or B2B Lead Generation. Deep expertise in Paid Media with strong fluency in SEO and CRO (able to diagnose issues and prioritize high‑ROI actions). Exceptional client‑facing communication and executive presence. Comfortable pitching strategy and defending recommendations with data. Analytical rigor: proficient with GA4, tracking/attribution basics, and building dashboards (Looker Studio, DashThis, or similar).
