You will work closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, media, content, and production to develop compelling and measurable creative that connects with audiences and gets results.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you’re contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics, including any reasonable accommodations.

Oversee the creation of high‑quality, platform‑optimized assets that meet brand standards and performance benchmarks
Review customer data profiles and apply insights to inform concept direction and message personalization
Apply accessibility standards to ensure designs are inclusive, usable, and compliant across all digital touchpoints
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of art directors, designers, copywriters, and motion creators
Foster collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team
Provide constructive feedback that raises the creative bar and fosters professional growth
Anticipate and manage scope/requirements changes; translate constraints into options and next steps for clients and teams
Champion process improvements, ways of working, and knowledge sharing that strengthen community and craft.
