Join to apply for the Marketing Specialist role at Buell Fuels Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Position Overview The Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across Buell Fuel LLC, Center State Propane, Local Gas LLC, and affiliated convenience store locations. This role combines hands‑on marketing execution with strategic planning to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across multiple business units — including propane delivery, fuel oil, diesel, and retail operations. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing both digital and community‑based marketing efforts for a multi‑entity, multi‑location operation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for the company’s fuel, propane, and convenience store divisions. Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and other platforms. Coordinate seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and local advertising efforts to drive retail and service sales. Create, edit, and publish digital and print content, including flyers, newsletters, in‑store signage, and email marketing. Oversee website content updates and ensure product/service information, imagery, and messaging remain accurate and engaging. Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, budgets, and sales data. Track performance metrics and prepare reports on advertising spend, customer engagement, and return on marketing investment (ROI). Develop partnerships with community organizations, and local media outlets to promote company visibility. Assist in coordinating sponsorships, charity events, trade shows, and open house promotions at company locations. Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards and convey a consistent message across entities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, energy, or service‑oriented industries. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising best practices. Strong writing and graphic design skills with attention to brand consistency. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with operations, finance, and management teams. Ability to travel between company locations as needed for events, promotions, and photography.
