Description: Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness. Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Prepare status reports on marketing efforts. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Focus Areas Event planning support using CRM tools, email marketing, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities Build and code email workflows using an ESP (Email Service Provider). Create logic-based email journeys (e.g., if a user clicks X, they go to Y). Support event-related marketing communications. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams. Navigate and utilize Figma for design-related tasks (no design work required). Required Tools & Skills Must-Have: Experience building and sending emails via an ESP. Workflow creation and logic-based automation. Proficiency in Iterable, Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Jira, Asana, and Trello. Ability to navigate Figma. Team & Culture Fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Team described as kind and helpful. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams. Contract Details Duration: 5–6 months. Conversion: No expectation of full-time conversion. Candidate Profile Degree: Not required; experience listed on the resume will speak for the level of expertise. Industry Experience: Open to candidates from real estate, tech, or any industry size. Experience Level: Open to overqualified candidates. Interview Process Manager sends coding assignment to selected candidates. Upon review, selected candidates will be invited to a Zoom interview.
