We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Associate to accelerate our lifecycle marketing efforts by hands-on scaling and optimization of our user lifecycle, working with our in-house creative team to systematically improve performance and identify and test ideas that drive greater user retention and monetization. We’re seeking data-driven problem solvers with a growth mindset who are willing to stretch their comfort levels, evolve best practices within growth marketing, and move quickly with attention to detail to achieve big outcomes. We want thought leaders to guide lifecycle strategy and execution for testing and growth while helping educate folks about the importance of credit scores and unlocking financial access. What you’ll do

Be one of the early members of the lifecycle marketing team — a small but growing team with massive scope and impact Build out brand new lifecycle programs for untouched segments and use cases for our user base and growing number of new products and features; help to define the strategic focus of the team Increase retention of our products and drive higher customer lifetime value Rigorously test and improve our lifecycle campaigns with rapid split testing Improve the segmentation, cadence, timing and touchpoint mix of our communications Work cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life: collaborate with designers, copywriters, product team, data analysts, and more Who you are

1-3+ years of a proven track record of driving towards growth goals under set targets and timelines in a lifecycle or CRM role A fast-moving, detail-oriented and data-driven executor with an ownership mindset Hands-on experience with Iterable, Braze, or similar CRM tools Robust experience working with customer data and user event data to inform campaigns Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into drivers to influence performance from first principles Ability to move fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects with reliability to execute on schedule at high velocity and with attention to detail Strategic thinker able to break down and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities Understanding of hypothesis-driven A/B, MVT and holdout testing with the ability to analyze results to inform future testing Understanding of what makes effective direct response creative with a framework to adjust and learn from experimentation Experience in fintech or D2C is a bonus SQL proficient to pull and cross-validate data Kikoff: A FinTech Unicorn Powering Financial Progress with AI
