QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar 2-3+ years in field, channel, or distributor marketing Bonus points for HVAC or B2B channel familiarity A natural communicator & presenter Strong multitasker - fast-paced environments energize you Confident working solo in the field but love a good team sync Proficient in Microsoft Suite & CRM tools (Salesforce = extra gold star• ) Fluent in digital & social marketing platforms (Canva, Google Ads, Meta tools) Understanding of the contractor/installer ecosystem Ready to bring bold ideas, unlock partner success, and help shape a world where Life's Good?

$70,000-$90,000 USD
