A high-growth genomics SaaS company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead global brand, demand generation, and product marketing. The role will drive positioning across precision medicine and multi-omics, requiring proven B2B SaaS marketing leadership in life sciences or bioinformatics.
Key focus areas:
Build and execute an integrated go-to-market strategy for enterprise and academic markets
Partner with Product and Commercial teams to shape value messaging and launch campaigns
Lead a high-performing global marketing organization spanning brand, digital, content, and demand generation
Drive visibility through thought leadership, partnerships, and strategic events
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in life sciences or genomics
Proven global marketing leadership experience, ideally managing distributed teams across North America, Europe, and APAC
Strong track record in product marketing for genomic or bioinformatics software
Demonstrated success building brand presence and lead generation in complex enterprise or scientific markets
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution in a scaling organization
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Location:
Leadership team growing in the Boston area (Hybrid)
Compensation:
Highly competitive base + equity
