Director of Sales and Marketing
is a strategic leadership role, with deep experience in sales and marketing execution, a strong background in healthcare services, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a regulated environment. Position Overview
A leading Hawaii-based healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and elevate brand visibility. This organization provides a range of pharmacy and healthcare services across the islands and is looking for a leader who can blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution to support its mission and growth. Responsibilities
Develop and lead sales strategies to meet revenue goals across multiple service lines. Manage and grow a high-performing sales team. Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events). Build and maintain relationships with media, community partners, and healthcare professionals. Manage marketing budgets, advertising, and promotional materials. Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA). Collaborate with internal leadership to align sales and marketing goals. Skills

Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or Pharmacy. 3+ years progressive sales, marketing or business development experience 1+ years leadership experience Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, ideally within healthcare or related industries. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms. Understanding of healthcare systems, including payer/provider networks and pharmacy operations.
