Flare energy services is hiring: Junior Graphic Designer Remote in Denver

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and design visual assets for various marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print materials such as social media graphics email templates flyers brochures and more
• Use your creativity and design skills to bring new and innovative ideas to the table
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the companys brand guidelines
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals and requirements are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Knowledge of digital design and social media platforms
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with video editing and animation is a plus
