Role Overview
The Associate supports internal account teams with back-end marketing execution and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop expertise in digital or affiliate marketing with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide client updates to publishers, evaluate performance, and recommend future investments.
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges.
- Ensure accurate execution and timeliness of internal and client deliverables.
- Use client and network data to tell a clear and impactful story to clients.
- Recruit, manage, and develop publisher relationships, manage budgets, and coordinate media plans.
- Build relationships with long-tail publishers and proactively identify publisher fits.
- Assist in the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, asset management, campaign communication, and payout management.
- Leverage internal and external platforms for campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
- Passion for excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Clear and effective communication and ability to work independently.
- Respectful of varying opinions and perspectives.

Compensation
Salary range: $49,305 – $65,415 annually. Deadline: 11/29/25.
