Summary / Objective

MetaMartini is seeking a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display), and emerging platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn.

This role is NOT a fit for general marketers or brand managers. We're looking for someone who lives inside ad dashboards, understands media buying strategies, and is fluent in lookalike audience logic, UTM structures, ROAS math, and bidding strategies.

You will work with a content-rich creative team, but your mission is singular: drive conversions, revenue, and efficiency through expertly crafted and optimized paid campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and occasionally TikTok/LinkedIn.
  • Own the full ad funnel: from keyword research & audience targeting to landing page alignment.
  • Develop advanced ad structures, naming conventions, and budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with creative to guide ad visuals & copy based on performance trends.

Optimization & Scale

  • Daily management of campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.
  • Run structured testing: A/B/C variants, audiences, placements, and creative.
  • Proactively scale what works and pause/adjust what doesn’t.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate tracking using UTMs, GA4, and ad platform attribution.
  • Provide concise weekly reports focused on actionable insights.
  • Spot anomalies, report trends, and recommend budget shifts.

Email & CRM Integration

  • Build or segment email lists in HubSpot based on paid ad signals or lifecycle stages.
  • Support email nurture sequences that complement ad funnels.
  • Understand how paid and CRM interact within a full-funnel ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You should apply if:

  • You’ve managed at least $10k+/month in paid media spend and can prove it.
  • You know how to run a TOF/MOF/BOF funnel and optimize each layer.
  • You feel annoyed when tracking parameters are missing from a link.
  • You’ve got experience in GA4 and know how to use the information to tell a data-driven story.
  • Your happy place is a spreadsheet full of CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS columns.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years managing paid media campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Experience optimizing for ecommerce or direct-response KPIs.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or other email/CRM tools.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube ads.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Monday, Slack, and other project management/communication tools.
  • Background in automotive or ecommerce brands a plus.
