We are a start-up company and We’re seeking a talented 3D Artist who loves crafting stunning, immersive worlds — and is eager to blend creativity with AI to push the boundaries of digital storytelling and visualization. You’ll be instrumental in developing high-fidelity 3D assets, environments, and animations, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and generate innovative content for AR / VR, gaming, and AI-driven simulations.

• Design, model, and animate high-quality 3D assets for digital showcases and educational platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling 3D content aligned with project goals.
• Develop and implement advanced animation techniques to enhance interactivity and realism.
• Optimize 3D models and animations for performance across various digital platforms and devices.
• Integrate AI-driven features and real-time rendering technologies into 3D assets.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and quality across all 3D deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate user engagement.
• Review, critique, and provide feedback on 3D assets produced by other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in 3D art and animation.
• Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications for future reference and team training.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in 3D art and animation.
• Proven expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation using industry-standard software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D projects, including both static and animated assets.
• Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with integrating 3D assets into digital platforms or interactive applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
