Salary
$114,750.00 - $128,250.00
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production of mid-scale photo and video shoots, overseeing scoping, budgeting, casting, shooting, post‑production, editing, and delivery.
- Coordinate with Ad agencies, third‑party vendors, and internal teams (creative, marketing, business affairs) to aggregate production information.
- Organize pre‑production meetings, ensuring cross‑functional partners and talent vendors are included.
- Manage daily production operations, including booking studio space, locations, crew, travel, catering, and equipment.
- Handle contract generation, crew invoices, and payments in collaboration with Studio Ops.
- Estimate and monitor budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with the Executive Producer, Marketing leads, and other stakeholders to support large‑scale commercials and ongoing content programs.
- Utilize project management tools such as Box, Workfront, Smartsheet, and Frame.io to track progress and deliverables.
- Identify and secure appropriate creative talent (motion, animation, design) for varying project needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional partners across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of content production or program management experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in‑house or at an ad agency; required.
- Strong budget and financial acumen with a deep understanding of the production process.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work across diverse disciplines.
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fluid environment where new projects arise daily.
- Consistency in adhering to notes and delivering projects through completion.
