Job Description

• Experience in content strategy and UX writing for web and mobile.
• Create and manage content strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality content.
• Oversee content operations and ensure efficiency.
• Work with the Design team and business partners to create effective customer experiences across digital channels.
• Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Create content that upholds the organization’s tone of voice.
• Simplify the customer experience with clear and concise microcopy.
• Ensure content is legal and ADA compliant.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking.
• Good to have background or strong interest in banking, treasury services, payments, or financial operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year
