Job Summary
The NHL Creative Services team is looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to help organize, track, and facilitate the delivery of creative work across our department and organization. Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, this role supports the day‑to‑day creative needs of our organization, from concept to completion, helping ensure timelines are met, communication is clear, and collaboration stays strong.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our creative process running smoothly and balancing structure with flexibility and helping the team stay organized and focused to bring the NHL brand to life across a range of platforms and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the execution of creative projects and cross‑departmental workstreams, maintaining visibility into timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Partner with the CSD Ops Manager to monitor progress, flag potential roadblocks, and help keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.
- Build and maintain project schedules, task lists, and production plans using Monday.com.
- Coordinate with creative leadership team and designers, and external partners to ensure clarity around scope, timing, and expectations.
- Facilitate vendor contracts, freelancer onboarding, and invoice processing. Schedule meetings, maintain department calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports.
- Provide production and operational support to internal teams, agencies, and production partners.
- Maintain organized files, communication, and related materials for all projects.
- Maintain CSD status reports. Run weekly status meetings.
- Support CSD production team to archive projects upon completion and share assets for Brand Asset Management Site. Route assets to various departments/vendors as needed.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 1–3 years of project coordination or creative operations experience, ideally within a creative or agency setting.
- Experience working in Monday.com or similar project‑management platform.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Box, Monday.com.

Salary Range
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
