PROGRAM COMMITMENT
The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum.
Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026
To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program’s training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program. We understand that school schedules and personal plans vary, and we encourage applicants to review the dates in advance to ensure they can participate through the conclusion of the program without interruption.

THE JOB
The Live Nation Media and Sponsorship Creative Team is seeking a College Associate (CAP) with a specialization in Creative Strategy to join the team for the summer season. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment where creativity meets commerce. Curiosity about music, culture, a love for pop culture and human behavior is essential to finding success in this role.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Support the development of creative briefs and strategic frameworks that inspire ideas across music and culture.
- Research emerging cultural trends, audience behaviors, and brand competitors to inform strategy development.
- Assist with the creation of presentation decks that bring strategy to life through storytelling, data, and design.
- Participate in brainstorms with the Creative and Partnerships teams to see how insights turn into big ideas.
- Contribute insights, observations, and inspiration from music social trends.
- Help analyze campaign performance and summarize key takeaways to refine future strategy.
- Attend and participate in weekly Creative/Strategy team meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments (Insights, Brand Management, Creative, Production) to understand how strategy informs creative execution.
- Maintain cultural fluency—staying on top of what’s shaping music, fandom, and creative culture.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (visual and written). Must be an excellent writer.
- Curiosity about people, culture, and what drives them.
- Analytical mindset with creative intuition.
- Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint (experience with Google Slides, Excel, or data visualization a plus).
- Professional demeanor and collaborative spirit.
- Strong organization and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving.
- Positive outlook with a “Yes, and…” mentality.
- Passion for live music and ad agency planner and strategy experience a plus.
