The Role

The Editor / Motion Graphics Designer is a dual-skilled creative specializing in editing, design, and animation. This role collaborates closely with the Senior Producer/Editor and Creative Director to elevate the visual storytelling of every project — from cinematic edits to motion-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit content with strong storytelling, rhythm, and pacing
• Design and animate motion graphics, titles, headshots, and transitions
• Develop style frames and visual treatments supporting creative direction
• Manage media organization, color correction, sound mix, and finishing
• Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all projects
• Collaborate with producers, creative directors, and clients through revisions and feedback

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in editing and motion design (agency, production, or freelance)
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Red Giant, or similar tools a plus
• Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual design
• Comfortable balancing creative vision with technical precision
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem solver
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, or related field preferred
• Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
