Overview
As the company continues to grow, we seek a dedicated visual lead to execute the brand across all communications. The incumbent will develop creative concepts, oversee design production, and mentor junior designers to produce impactful visuals that align with company goals and brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee external communications strategy for product-focused campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across effective platforms.
- Maintain advertising placement records and brand guidelines.
- Stay current on market trends, recommending new marketing campaigns to support the strategic plan.
- Create innovative graphic designs using a variety of software to meet business goals.
- Ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop brochures, sales aids, posters, website designs, and more.
- Identify and improve existing design processes.
- Manage design and upload process for all project materials with best practices for project management tools.
- Maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
- Lead the development of concept templates and layouts for other Marcom teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product launches and critical product developments.
- Coordinate with other departments for product labels, event flyers, posters, etc.
- Maintain accurate online documentation (e.g., SharePoint).
- Support digital marketing projects, including website and advertisement creation and editing.
- Manage the media library to drive standardization of branded materials.
- Assist and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in the medical device industry or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Life Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
