The Media Talent Assistant for the Las Vegas Raiders will support Silver and Black Productions with day-to-day media talent coordination, production logistics, and on-site execution across all Raiders content platforms, including broadcast, digital, social, and in-stadium programming.

This position serves as a key liaison between media talent, production staff, and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of shoots, appearances, and related logistics. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Media & Talent Coordination
  • Support the daily operations of Silver and Black Productions by assisting with media talent scheduling, communications, and logistics.
  • Coordinate appearance calendars, travel itineraries, and production shoot details for Raiders media talent.
  • Manage call times, wardrobe needs, scripts, and production rundowns to ensure preparedness and professionalism.
  • Serve as an on-site contact for media talent and production teams during shoots, events, and game days.
  • Assist with presentation materials, tracking documents, and media deliverables using Microsoft Office and other production tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information or working directly with on-camera talent and executives.
  • Anticipate production and talent needs to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Operational & Driving Support
  • Safely transport media talent, staff, and guests to and from productions, appearances, and facilities as needed.
  • Manage travel routes and timing to align with production and event schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle, reporting any maintenance or operational needs promptly.
  • Provide exceptional service and discretion when representing the Raiders organization.
  • General Support
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Stadium Ops, Communications) to support Raiders media initiatives.
  • Assist with event setup, production runs, and behind-the-scenes logistics for filming and live shoots.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Silver and Black Productions leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with production management or file-sharing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanor when working with talent, executives, and guests.
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Prior experience in media, entertainment, or sports production environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of NFL culture, teams, and players a plus.
  • Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as production demands require.

Physical Aspects of Position

  • Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
  • Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
