About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social content with overall brand strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Hanover, MD – $43,200.00 – $64,800.00
