$1,500 signing bonus for a new hire, payable upon the first payroll following the start date.

Responsibilities

• Implement the approved music curriculum and provide pacing guides, lesson plans and assessments for assigned courses.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching skills and contribute to team planning meetings.
• Engage in professional development opportunities offered by the school.
• Maintain professional etiquette in all verbal and non‑verbal communications.
• Promote communication between parents, community members and colleagues, and work to establish and maintain home‑school connections.
• Assist in providing opportunities for parental/guardian involvement within the school.

Qualifications

• High energy and organized, with a passion for teaching children.
• Experience in Direct Instruction or other teaching experience preferred but not required.
