Report to Marketing Coordinator
Hybrid (in office 3-4x a week)
An integral member of the marketing team; supporting the campaign photoshoots, creative project management, sample trafficking, gifting, social-media, brand activations and public relations. This role will be hybrid and will require being physically in office 3-4 days per week.
MARKETING/PR:
- Support in any marketing events, retail events, and brand partnerships
- Manage inventory and product gifting including packaging and send outs.
- Work cross-functionally with wholesale team members to traffic samples for market needs, photo shoots, etc.
- Communicate daily with stylists, editors, influencers, etc to fulfill sample and product requests.
- Support the team with any reporting and presentations.
- Oversee PR and Marketing office supplies, ensuring organization, inventory tracking, and timely replenishment
- Manage invoice reconciliation
- Manage A.L.C. showroom space
- Assist and support in the planning, sample tracking and production of social content creating in collaboration with creative team
- Support with social posting and community management as needed.
CONTENT SUPPORT:
Photo Shoots:
- Assist and support in the planning and pre-production of look book, campaign, and ecommerce shoots, including casting of talent, studio, styling, etc.
- Manage sample coordination between LA/NY offices.
- Be on-set at all shoots to support with production needs
- Attend and support Joor shoots
Education and experience required:
- College degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related.
- 1 year in a position offering relevant experience,
- Familiarity with sample trafficking and influencer databases such as Fashion GPS, Launchmetrics, and Dash Hudson.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with multiple departments and interact with employees at all levels.
The compensation for this position ranges from $68,000 to $69,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
