About the Role
Frazier Home Design is hiring a Studio Manager in Raleigh, NC. This full‑time, in‑studio role keeps our residential design projects running smoothly from first client call to final drawings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and personable, with 2–3 years of administrative or operations experience and a passion for home design.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through project completion
- Lead client onboarding and coordinate project schedules and meetings
- Maintain clear communication between clients, the Principal Designer, and the design team
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and client database updates
- Support studio operations, office organization, and team efficiency
- Assist with new employee onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in design, construction, or a creative studio environment
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with professionalism and warmth in every interaction
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets
- A genuine interest in residential design and client experience
