The Role

The Studio Manager leads all aspects of studio operations with a focus on sales performance, team leadership, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Hit monthly revenue targets using BODYBAR’s proven membership sales system
• Maximize retention through member experience and connection strategies
• Self‑generate leads through partnerships, community events, and referral campaigns
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high‑performing front‑desk team
• Maintain the studio’s vibe: clean, organized, on‑brand, and full of good energy
• Manage product inventory, apparel displays, and admin supplies
• Cultivate community in and out of class and serve as the face of BODYBAR in your city
• Ensure studio policies and procedures are followed at all times

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership or sales experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Passionate about health and wellness (Pilates lover preferred)
• Confident communicator— in‑person, phone, email, or DMs
• Super organized and deadline‑driven
• High integrity, reliable, and a natural team player
• Comfortable with client‑management software and tech tools
