Job DescriptionJob DescriptionVisual Inspection / Packing 1.3 Job Type: Temp to hirePay: $15 -$19 / hour depending upon experienceSchedule: Monday - Thursday 7am – 4:30pm; Friday 7am-11amOT: Occasional overtime available Monday-SaturdayWhat you need to be successful in this role:

• Prior visual inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity using ERP systems in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while working on repetitive tasks.
• Self-starter and work with minimal supervision after initial training period.
• Safety oriented.
• Familiarity with metal stamping a plus

Responsibilities / Activities

• Visually inspect all parts per stated quality standards.
• Pull, pack, sort, and organize piece part inventory from various locations on the shop floor.
• Box, label and fulfill shipping requirements for customer orders.
• Assist with other manufacturing processes as needed, including operating machines and helping deburr or clean piece parts.

Education / Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the stamping industry or piece/part manufacturing is .

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking – 95%; Sitting – 5%.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
