The contractor, as a strategic design leader, will work across multiple workstreams to define and visualize the end-to-end customer experience. The deliverables will include journey maps, service blueprints, and low-fidelity prototypes that guide execution teams across enterprise systems. This assignment emphasizes systems thinking, visual storytelling, and stakeholder alignment over production design.

Assignment Tasks

  • Lead experience design across multiple workstreams for the Pro Pricing program.
  • Create journey maps, service blueprints, and low-fidelity prototypes to guide execution teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on customer experience strategy.
  • Use Figma, Miro, and PowerPoint to craft compelling visual narratives.
  • Build influence through pre-meeting alignment and selective relationship-building.
  • Iterate quickly and prioritize strategically in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Principal UX Designer or equivalent strategic design role.
  • Expertise in service design, systems thinking, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Miro, and PowerPoint.
  • Portfolio showcasing design artifacts and case studies that demonstrate experience strategy leadership.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise dynamics and gain cross-functional buy-in.
  • Experience in retail pricing is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (4 days/week in office).
