Marketing Manager – Senior Recruiter (Finance, Accounting, HR & Corporate Services)

We are seeking an experienced and data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead traffic generation and marketing strategy across our multifamily community portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive qualified leads, optimize performance metrics, and ensure successful lease‑up and stabilization of communities.

Base Pay Range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support all lease‑up marketing efforts across assigned markets.
  • Serve as the regional marketing expert, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Partner with community, regional, and executive leadership to ensure traffic and lease goals are achieved.
  • Oversee digital marketing, ILS listings, and other online presence initiatives, including analytics and optimization.
  • Manage corporate social media platforms and marketing collateral programs.
  • Evaluate marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing reports with actionable insights to guide decision‑making.
  • Support third‑party RFPs, presentations, and client marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and panels as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in multifamily or real‑estate marketing.
  • Proven record of success with new lease‑ups, marketing campaigns, and traffic generation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong command of Excel and marketing data interpretation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and build collaborative relationships.
