Base pay range: $49,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

About The Role

We’re seeking an outgoing, motivated Marketing Specialist to join our on-site activation team. In this role, you’ll help execute live events and promotional campaigns that drive real results — connecting directly with customers, generating leads, and turning conversations into conversions. It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll shape how the brand shows up in the real world.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning, set‑up and breakdown of community activations, retail pop‑ups, and live brand events.
• Engage with customers face‑to‑face, explaining product features, offers and benefits with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Turn on‑site interest into immediate sales or qualified leads.
• Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
• Capture feedback, track engagement data, and share insights with leadership to improve future campaigns.
• Assist with inventory management, promotional materials and light social media coverage during activations.
• Keep event spaces clean, professional and visually appealing at all times.
