About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Product Marketing, Promotion, and Merchandise, with a focus on special projects. This critical leadership role is responsible for owning the global promotions and gifting business category, from strategy to execution. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering the promotional and gifting roadmap, with a strong emphasis on consumer acquisition, loyalty, and growth. The role involves leading the team to create and implement best-in-class programs that redefine engagement in the prestige category, ensuring that the company's gifting strategy is not just competitive but industry-leading. The VP will also be accountable for bringing bold and commercially powerful promo and gifting concepts to life, including holiday programs, limited-edition sets, sampling, and gift-with-purchase. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and 12-15 years of experience in promotions, merchandise planning, or related roles within the beauty or consumer goods industry. A background in fashion is a plus. The role requires a proven track record in developing and executing strategic promotional, gifting, and merchandise initiatives, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated leadership ability, be results-oriented, and possess a passion for the beauty industry. Personal characteristics should include an entrepreneurial attitude, a deep appreciation for company values and culture, a collaborative mindset, and a focus on driving sales and profitability.
