$68,201.00/yr - $140,289.00/yr Responsibilities

Manage the successful operation of 2 to 3 AT&T Retail locations. Foster a culture of winning and live the organization’s core values. Lead by example and maintain a fun, friendly environment for customers and employees. Meet or exceed sales, customer service, and operational standards; minimize losses. Focus daily on sales and sales-generating activities at each location. Conduct a minimum of 4 highly effective store visits per location per month, including evenings and weekends, with detailed recaps to store leadership. Recruiting and staffing responsibility for all positions in the market. Hold monthly 1-on-1s with Store Managers and ASMs; create action plans for improvement. Lead regular trainings, calls, and meetings to share knowledge and best practices. Monitor and communicate store performance metrics; recognize top performers. Support B2B, FirstNet, and MDU efforts; communicate professionally with customers, partners, and coworkers. Uphold HR and AT&T policies and procedures. Deliver monthly New Hire Sales Training aligned with MWT Sales Behaviors. Plan and execute local events and promotions in coordination with internal/external partners and branding. Ensure all store personnel are trained on policies and procedures; resolve customer issues; maintain a clean, fully operational retail environment. Meet AT&T compliance and merchandising requirements; review reporting to identify risks; maintain positive relationships with coworkers, vendors, and partners. Work nights and weekends; travel as necessary; perform other duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications

Education: HS Diploma required; BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience. Five+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in Wireless Retail Store Management. AT&T sales management experience preferred but not required. 1+ year of retail multi-unit store responsibility. Proven ability to develop and promote sales consultants to store managers. Strong ethical standards and integrity; experience directing sales training and development. Experience staffing stores with high-quality candidates using behavioral-based selection processes. Experience managing store-based marketing initiatives and promotions. Strong communication, organizational skills, and high emotional intelligence. Proficiency with common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license and liability insurance. Personality and success factors
