proactive, dynamic Field Marketing Coordinator

to represent our brands in the market, grow our account base, and elevate our in-store presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both

relationship-driven environments and results-oriented marketing , with the ability to influence sales, merchandising, and brand awareness directly in the field. Position Overview

As a Field Marketing Coordinator, you will act as the

face of our brands in the market , blending account development, product merchandising, inside sales support, and promotional execution. You will manage

existing accounts, secure new opportunities, and ensure consistent, compelling brand representation

across all retail and distribution channels. This is a

hands-on, high-impact role

requiring creativity, organization, and a results-driven mindset. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive

brand growth, market penetration, and sales performance . Key Responsibilities

Brand Representation & Market Engagement Serve as a

brand ambassador , building strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.

Represent the brand at

field marketing events, in-store demos, and promotional activations .

Maintain a

professional, knowledgeable, and approachable presence

in every market interaction.

Account Development & Sales Growth Identify, pitch, and secure

new retail and distribution accounts

in your territory.

Support

inside sales efforts

by managing inbound inquiries, generating leads, and following up to close opportunities.

Provide

performance reports, market insights, and recommendations

to leadership to optimize growth strategies.

Merchandising & Product Visibility Ensure

in-store product displays, layouts, and promotions

are visually compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.

Monitor

inventory presence, merchandising standards, and promotional compliance

at all accounts.

Collaborate with retail partners to

maximize product visibility and drive sales .

Data & CRM Management Maintain

accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions

in CRM platforms.

Use data to

track performance, analyze trends, and inform strategic decisions .

Ensure timely and accurate reporting on all field marketing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field .

2+ years of experience in

field marketing, sales, or account management , preferably in a regulated or consumer-facing industry.

Strong

interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills .

Proficiency with

CRM platforms

(Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and

travel within the assigned territory , including occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

merchandising, visual display, or retail activation .

Knowledge of

account management and sales growth strategies .

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to

track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics .
