Insight Global is searching for a Sr. A/V Technician to support a Healthcare employer in the Baltimore, MD area. This person will oversee audiovisual and multi-media services and resources and supports successful execution of conferences, trainings, and other events occurring at assigned conference room locations, studio, and on-location filming. The person is responsible for delivering consistently exceptional customer service and high-quality multi-media services to faculty and staff, as well as external partners who may be utilizing Institute event spaces. This position requires occasional evening or weekend work to support.
Must Haves: At least 5 years of professional experience in video and multi-media production environment Strong experience Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technology with equipment (wireless mics, video projection) utilizing IP Networks Experience using SHURE Microphones, CRESTRON A/V equipment) Experience gathering requirements from end users and delivering excellent customer service Associates degree in Multi-Media Technology, Communications, Computer Science, Visual Arts, or related field
Plusses: Previous experience supporting a healthcare systems media team Bachelors Degree
Structure: 6 month contract to hire 5 days a week on-site in Baltimore
